I hired Bill to represent me in a case where I was hit by a DUI driver while pulling out of my neighborhood. The accident was witnessed by an out of state Trooper who was in Atlanta on vacation, who was also hit by the DUI. The case was defended by two lawyers who represented the drunk driver who ...was insured by State Farm. When we selected a jury, the case was going so good, that the lawyers asked for a break, talked to State Farm for about an hour and finally agreed to settle the case for almost $200,000 even though I only had less than $10,000 in medical bills.
