I receive a dui charge for the first time and this was my first time getting in trouble I have gotten a letter from mr stein and decided to hire him big mistake.being this was my first time being in trouble he told me he could get my case reduce or thrown out once he view the tape so he started on my... case view the tape told and told me everything was good so we went to court for the second time and I was told by mr stein to plea not guilty and I would have a better chance taking it too state I didn't no better I did what I was told.long story short it was worst should off took what was offered too me in the first place cause I got the same thing in state but worst.mr stein is not a lawyer that works too help you he is all about money and he do work for the prosecutors please do your research before you hire a lawyer I wish I did he made me feel like I had a good case when he knew in his mind I didn't

I received a DUI and I had no idea what to do because this was my first time ever getting in any legal trouble. I went to Mr,Stein because my friend said he was cheap. (I have learned my lesson, you get what you pay for so aim for higher priced lawyers.) When I initially began to go to him, he told m...e that we could get it reduced once he pulled the tapes but I had to pay the full fee. I paid him and he "began to work on my case". My first issue was he NEVER knew who I was when I called. Then he told me that I wouldn't have to attend court but then later made me attend every single court date. I work full time so this was very inconvenient because if he would've told me initially I would've taken off in advance. Then he told me not to begin on my community service or take the class until after my sentence. I later found out that I should've taken the class and done everything in order to be in good standing in court. I also never got to review my tapes but he said it would be okay. When I got to court, he sat me down and explained the plea deal. It had everything I could've gotten with or without a lawyer. I had 40 hours of community service, a $1,057 fee, DUI school, license suspension, impact panel, and evaluation. This was my first time EVER being in trouble so I was dumbfounded. I think he works with the prosecutors to get the highest sentences.
