Nicole Krashun Carson

If I had known what I know now, I would have never hired Nicole Carson. She turned out to be a terrible attorney in my experience. She was unprofessional and consistently had a nasty attitude when speaking with me. I even informed her secretary at Lawyer Up about how rude she was. I tried multiple t...imes to contact her for updates and to ask questions about my case, but she never responded. She also waited until the very last minute—literally the day of—to tell me my court time. I had to work and couldn’t attend, and when I told her that, she was incredibly rude. She didn’t listen to understand; she only listened to respond. Then she accused me of being “the type of person who doesn’t take accountability,” which was completely unfounded. She told me it didn’t matter and that I should have been in court, even though she notified me the same day. I work—of course it mattered. I will never use her again and was relieved when the whole situation was finally over. She also claimed she worked out a deal for me: taking a $150 driving course and having one of my tickets dropped. I thought that sounded good at first. But when I went to court, I found out that in Georgia there’s an option that lets you keep points off your record just by paying the ticket. She didn’t negotiate anything for me—I was the one who mentioned the driving course because that’s how it works where I’m from. If she had actually worked out a deal, she would’ve simply told me to take the plea and pay the small fine so it wouldn’t go on my record. And that’s exactly what ended up happening in court anyway. I’m glad it’s over. Never again.

I wish I read the reviews before moving forward with this firm. Nicole Carson is extremely unprofessional. She was rude from the very beginning and made false promises. I reached out to her over a month ago and was told I would be receiving a draft within the next 2 - 3 days, it is now 4 weeks later ...and I still have not received anything. I sent multiple messages and many phone calls, all gone unreturned. Save yourself the time, energy, and money, and find yourself a different firm to work with.

Paid 3500 as a retainer to this woman and all she did was serve the other party. Took weeks to get her to call back for updates, she lied about what she was doing on my case, never spoke with other party's attorney one time in 6 months, mediation office took a month and half to receive a call back f...rom her, do not hire this woman. Have contacted state bar 2 times . Fire her finally

I normally don't write bad reviews but This has been the worst experience I've had with a lawyer. I had a consultation with Nicole Carson, and she assured me that she would take care of me but didn't. She was supposed to file motions for me but never did. I was billed a retainer of $3500, and I paid ...$1500 of it right away. She said she would file but didn't, and when I asked for updates, she never responded.. a week later, she declined my case. It's a total waste of time and has inconvenienced me in many ways. It's not right to play with people like this.. I trusted she would do what she told me she would do, but she didn't. She was so responsive before I paid the money, and after I paid, I heard from her once or twice through email. Please don't waste your time. She declined my case for no reason and never gave me a good reason. I'm supposed to get my money refunded, so hopefully, I will get it back. I wouldn't recommend her to no one.

I chose Mrs Carson because she popped up first in the Google search. What a mistake. I did everything that was asked by Mrs Carson. Twice we spoke on the phone where she had the most awful attitude that anyone in any profession has had w me. I work customer service and have never spoken to anyone in ...the manner this lady spoke w me. I used another atty in another case and it was a breeze. Now I'm out over $500 and have to refile my bankruptcy because of her lack of communication. On top of that she never contacted my employer to let them know the case had been dismissed so they can't stop taking the payment because it's court ordered. Thank Mrs Carson I really like throwing $$ away. I hope you learn a thing or 2 about customer communication skills.
