I chose Mrs Carson because she popped up first in the Google search. What a mistake. I did everything that was asked by Mrs Carson. Twice we spoke on the phone where she had the most awful attitude that anyone in any profession has had w me. I work customer service and have never spoken to anyone in ...the manner this lady spoke w me. I used another atty in another case and it was a breeze. Now I'm out over $500 and have to refile my bankruptcy because of her lack of communication. On top of that she never contacted my employer to let them know the case had been dismissed so they can't stop taking the payment because it's court ordered. Thank Mrs Carson I really like throwing $$ away. I hope you learn a thing or 2 about customer communication skills.

Nicole was awesome. I had a garnishment that was about to come out of my check and she was able to send my employer the bankruptcy papers to stop the garnishment. I thought I would never see the money that was already garnished but she got that back for me too. But that's not it. Nicole and her sta...ff gave me a contact to a dealership and I was able to buy a new car!!! I thought I would never be able to do that with the garnishment and bankruptcy. Will definitely refer anyone having the same problem as me to her.
