Assists in counseling and advising commercial, office, industrial and retail property owners in connection with lease disputes, lawsuits to collect rent, and eviction/dispossessory proceedings. Specifically, I prepares and file dispossessory paperwork, represent clients at dispossessory hearings, help clients obtain writs of possession and final judgments against defaulting tenants, and represent clients in federal bankruptcy court against defaulting tenants.

Assist in litigating state and federal civil cases covering a broad spectrum of legal issues including: breach of contract, company and partnership disputes, property disputes, zoning and land use, landlord-tenant matters and general business disputes.

I assist in representing and advising property owners in condemnation proceedings brought by the state, county and local governments, which representation includes analyzing and assessing the impacts of condemnation on property value, functionality, development potential and accessibility. I also review and analyze right-of-way plans, land use site plans, civil engineering plans, appraisal reports and construction plans in connection with condemnation proceedings.
