Leslie Dean O'Neal

Leslie has represented our family in two different co-parenting conflicts. The first was a contested parenting plan modification and the second time she defended me against a contempt charge. In the first proceeding, she got me more time with my daughter and many other small parenting plan changes... that have made a huge positive impact in our family. This was no easy feat as this happened during COVID and everything took longer and was more difficult than it should have been. Leslie also represented me during the day and a half mediation that this deal required and we avoided having to go to court. She fought so hard for us and was responsive and encouraging to us the whole way. The second time she represented me, I was defending myself against a contempt charge. We won that case and I could not have been more impressed with the case she made for me. She was calm and collected, professional, and prepared. In the months leading up, she went over every option and possible path forward, always mindful of how best to keep our costs low. Unfortunately, we will likely find ourselves in need of her service in the future and there is no question that she would be our first choice. Leslie is the best!
