Lauren Whitney Brenner

I am an associate at a boutique intellectual property firm, which I joined after graduating from Emory University School of Law.

My desire to become an attorney was instilled by my father, who was a tax attorney on Wall Street eventually opening his own practice here in Atlanta. I attended Kennesaw State University earning a B.B.A. in Business Administration and graduating in the top 5% of my class.

Before law school, I worked both at Walt Disney World and Resurgens Orthopaedics. While attending Emory Law, I worked for the US Federal Trade Commission and the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's Trial Division.

I found my passion for employment law and intellectual property through my studies and externships. I was published in The Trademark Reporter -- "Allegations of Fraudulent Procurement and Maintenance of Federal Registrations Since In re Bose Corp." Vol. 104 No. 4 (October 2014) with Ted Davis, Partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, working out, and discovering new local restaurants with my husband near our Sandy Springs home.
