I came across Dale Schwartz this way and met with him and Laine (his daughter and partner in the firm). They were both very sharp and friendly. I was impressed at how much they knew off the top of their heads when they were immediately able to answer questions that other lawyers either gave me incorrect answers on or had to look up in books. Laine handled everything with my case and it went as she said it would. Her firm filled out all the forms correctly and she communicated with the court and USCIS on my behalf and got quick answers. She also accompanied me to court and I was again reassured when I saw the judge's eyes light up when he saw her. I could tell that he appreciated dealing with a knowledgeable and prepared attorney and it made my complicated case sail through. It never hurts to have an attorney that judges like and respect! I can't recommend Laine enough. Her services and experience helped me with a real jam beyond the scope of the other lawyers I consulted with. If you have a problem that isn't easily resolved with a simple form, skip the hassle of the rest and go straight to the best. Confident, poised, exceptionally bright, and friendly are the qualities you want in a lawyer, especially if you have to go to court, and Laine possesses them all. I didn't actively price lawyers, but her rates seemed perfectly reasonable to me. Laine is quick to answer a phone call or email question and won't nickel and dime you billing you for every second you spend with her.

You cannot ask for a better immigration attorney then Laine Posel. She is so smart, and always there when you need her. Very well versed in US Immigration Laws, sharp, sincere, and understand her clients. If you do not have a straight case, she is the one to hire. She is Blackberry junky and sleeps w...ith it. I sent her an email at midnight and got the answer right there. Very friendly and meticulous and have wonderful ideas. I hired her few years back for my family immigration and since then my whole family is a big fan of her. I referred her to my sister in law and she did wonders there.
