Kristoffer is a God Among Attorneys

I was in court at a custody hearing representing myself when I first came across Kristoffer Sargent. I was representing myself because I had already hired multiple lawyers who couldn't help me or put up a fight against my ex's lawyer. I simply couldn't afford to lose more money for services that only... seemed to plateau my case or make matters worse. Kris was representing someone else immediately prior to my hearing, so I had an opportunity to view his skills from an outsider's perspective. To say the least, I was impressed - his litigation and trial skills are absolutely remarkable. The hearing didn't go well for me, but I knew that if I ever ended up having to hire another attorney, Kris would be the one. Fast-forward several months... I moved out of Georgia for financial reasons, and using this to her advantage, the mother of my daughter cut me off from all communication and information pertaining to my daughter. I was heartbroken, confused, and scared. I remembered Kris, but unfortunately I didn't get his information while at court several months prior, so I searched a countless amount of court dockets and judge's calendars for two weeks and finally found him by cross-referencing his name and face on Avvo. I immediately called his assistant, Tina, who patched us through. Contacting Kris is single-handedly the best decision I have ever made. Kris spoke with me and suggested we meet in person. I traveled to Atlanta a few days later, thus beginning the process of attempting to regain access to my daughter through legal means. Over the next couple of months, Kris worked with me tirelessly to ensure we achieved a positive outcome. Sometimes when we spoke over the phone, I could tell that he would hear the subtleties of panic in my voice, but always assured me that everything would be okay. Every single time, and I mean that quite literally, when he said how things would happen, they would happen in the exact order and process he mentioned. I have never experienced being in the presence of someone so in tune with their calling and talented in their profession until I began working with him. In fact, I can firmly attest that he is the closest thing to a real-life Harvey Specter you can imagine. It's almost magical to witness. Fast forward again another couple of months... We had our hearing two days ago, and as always, my ex's lawyer threw everything at our case prior to the hearing that she could. Kris stood firmly and cut her arguments down one by one. For example, he called her out on attempts to try and confuse the judge with proceedings from tort and business law that don't apply to custody cases. He's knowledgeable and isn't afraid to put up the most strategic fight you'll ever see. The hearing was extremely positive. I finally held my little girl in my arms again no more than a few hours later. Thank you, Kristoffer. I could not have done this without you and I can't begin to explain my gratitude. If you still find yourself on the fence about which lawyer to go with, take a day to sit in court during one of his proceedings and watch him in action - you'll be glad you did. From one parent to another, if you hire anyone other than Mr. Sargent to handle your custody case, you're hiring the wrong person. THANK YOU, KRIS!!!!
