Being new to the Workers Compensation system, I contacted and consulted with many Attorneys. I ultimately hired Heather Froy, she was informative and walked me through every step. She was able to remove all anxiety and any doubt that my claim would be handled promptly, professionally and leaving no s...tone unturned. She also referred me to a 3rd Party Attorney that could assist me with handling my civil suit, waiving any rights of subrogation. After researching and contacting a number of law firms for my workers compensation dilemma, I felt confident from the initial consultation with Heather Froy. Subsequently, I hired the firm. From that point, I was never unprepared logistically or psychologically for how the entire matter would event...ually unfold. I was informed of options, possibilities, probabilities (as much as could be predicted) and most of all, expectations.
