I was assisting my mother with her injury case and one of the things that was really giving me a hard time was that her attorney prior to me hiring Heather was never responding back, never getting back to my emails, and was never was giving me any updates. so I decided after doing much research to mo...ve forward with Heather as our attorney for my mothers injury case. It was the best decision I ever made!! Heather was the complete opposite of the other attorney. She always made sure to update us on our case always reached out to make sure that we understood the next steps. She was so patient with us whenever we had questions and I also want to mention her great paralegal Reba who is so kind and has the most Positive spirit ever! Reba made everything so smooth for me and I greatly appreciate that because it helped so much with the weight of everything on my plate. Heather did end up helping my mom win a good amount for her future medical expenses and I greatly appreciate it . I have had so many bad experiences with attorneys just not doing their job where it feels like we’re being taken advantage of , but Heather did her job and she did it well and I truly truly from the bottom of my heart appreciate her for that. My lawyer was very professional! She handled my case very well! She got my benefits started when I never thought I’d get them, my surgery taken care of, my physical therapy, and she was able to settle out my case for me!
