After researching and contacting a number of law firms for my workers compensation dilemma, I felt confident from the initial consultation with Heather Froy. Subsequently, I hired the firm. From that point, I was never unprepared logistically or psychologically for how the entire matter would event...ually unfold. I was informed of options, possibilities, probabilities (as much as could be predicted) and most of all, expectations. At every step in the process I felt that my needs and concerns were always the main consideration. Prior to hiring an attorney, I read everything available to an individual regarding workers compensation regulations. I still felt that there was much I didn’t know. I was definitely right. There were mistakes made by the insurance company and my employer and in each instance, it was not in my favor. These were the first issues to be corrected by Ms. Froy. Communication was exemplary. The entire staff addressed all of my questions/concerns promptly and concisely. Due in great part to my attorney's performance and how well she prepared me, I can’t say that I have a single regret or would have made any decisions differently than what I did. For the first time since my injury, I’m at peace with my situation. From what I’ve read, that’s rare and is a direct result of Heather Froy managing my case.
