Hereby, I would like to introduce my experience with the wonderful Mr. Drago Cepar to You. He is a man who is dedicated, trustworthy and a real expert in his profession. He excels in spreading human warmth and confidence in the hardest of times, not leaving your name and surname as merely an unsi...gnificant piece of information on a sheet of paper. He had to knock on many doors and address many people, not hesitating to do so over and over again. In regard to specific current activities, he kept regularly informing me per e-mail. He paved a way to the only fair solution to a complicated situation for which I shall remain eternally grateful to him. He is a person you can count on, a man with a capital M.
