I hired Doug to resolve an employment contract dispute and failed to receive, not just the experience or representation promised, but also the honesty and good faith foundational to any acceptable representation at all. Doug misled me in the final weeks of my case by (a) omitting critical inform...ation essential to its proper resolution after (b) forcibly prompting agreement to a course of action of his choosing by (c) threatening to withdraw from his representation of me at the most in opportune time. This took place (d) just days before the deposition of the most critical adverse witnesses (and a few weeks before the expiration of discovery), which (e) Doug steadfastly refused to conduct. Aside from this, Doug persistently engaged in odd displays of self-promotion when mistakes were highlighted and allowed his emotions to overwhelm his judgment and fundamental provision of basic client service.
