Before joining Dow Lohnes, Alan practiced with the firm of King & Spalding, LLP in Atlanta, where he represented both lenders and borrowers in both secured and unsecured financing deals ranging from $15 million to $800 million.
Alan also has invaluable insight into the litigation process by serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Hugh Thompson of the Georgia Supreme Court and the Honorable Judge W.N. Dettmerring in the Douglas County State Court. Additionally, Alan sharpened his litigation skills while working at the Turner Environmental Law Clinic.

Great bankruptcy lawyer....
Alan helped me with my financial troubles...I was facing garnishment and creditors were chasing me, but Alan stepped in and made all my troubles go away. He was with me every step of the way and was informative and kept me constantly updated on my case.
