Much of my estate planning work is geared toward drafting wills and personal directives and powers of attorney for clients. I handle both simple and more complicated matters.
Beyond drafting wills and directives, I create trusts and other estate management documents after meeting with clients to determine their needs and goals. I particularly have an interest in charitable giving.
A portion of my practice concerns the day-to-day activities of businesses, business planning, non-profit consulting, and cultural resource management. I enjoy a variety of matters and learning about new industries.
I represent individuals and businesses in civil disputes in state and federal courts. My cases typically involve construction matters, commercial transactions, and personal injuries.
This is a growing area of my practice. I represent the executors of estates in navigating and managing the distribution of estate assets.

I am an avid photographer when I am away from the office. I am also a member of the DeKalb County Historic Preservation Commission and a board member of the Dunwoody Preservation Trust.
