Scott Richard King

Took my money upfront (never refunded to me) and never did anything even write a letter. So that I have to find and hire another lawyer. He is such a scumbag. Also it’s so hard to get contact with him. Didn’t respond. I want him to do a very small thing and he doesn’t want to do it. He just want to p...ush me to the court. And call him he never responds and just totally totally waste my time. He always too busy.

Scott King has represented my companies and myself for the past six years. He is the constant professional who knows his stuff. I feel confident anytime I need legal advice or need Scott in my corner in the courtroom. I highly recommend him to anyone that appreciates a tough competent attorney that ...can handle anything from a traffic ticket to major company litigation. Mr. King represented me during a tough fight with my former business partners that lasted over a year. In the end, I was very satisfied with the outcome and feel that Mr. King had my back the whole time. His lines of communications were excellent, yet I didn’t feel like he took advantage of me with the typical lawyer stopwatch.

I retained Scott King and had to fire him because he took my money (that he never refunded). Based on my personal experience, Scott King is very unprofessional and should be disbarred. He didn't do anything on my case, did NOT show up for my court hearing and provided no notice, did NOT let me know t...hat the opposing counsel sent him documents and requests to respond, lied that there was no documents received (I had to find out from my ex husband and his attorney that it was not true,) etc. the list of his improper conduct is endless. He would have screwed my case if I didn't retain another attorney to correct all the damage he has done.
