I highly recommend Ryan Schwartz as a Criminal Defense Attorney for Cherokee County, Georgia. When I got arrested, I had absolutely no contact with my husband, and I had to have my dad (out of state) find a lawyer to help me through the Justice system. My dad hired Ryan, who came to see me within 4...8 hours of being incarcerated, and he helped me get bond set to a very reasonable price. He even helped me figure out the logistics as to how to coordinate with the Bail Bondsman, and what to do after I was released, prior to court. I was not allowed to return to my home, but Ryan helped me appeal that part of my bond, and within a few weeks, I was able to return home to my family. Additionally, he checked in with me regularly to make sure I was abiding by the corners of my bond, as well as to make sure I was doing well emotionally. Ryan truly cares about his clients. I can tell you that much. When it came down to the court date, I was extremely terrified, but Ryan helped reduce my fears, and helped explain to me that the plea bargain he had worked out for me was EXCEPTIONAL considering my charges, and in fact, he even had the plea reduced more than the Prosecutor had originally agreed to. When our son was in need of an attorney in Atlanta we quickly contacted friends who knew the legal community in the Atlanta area. Ryan's name was among three we were given. On a Sunday morning he answered our call and advised us how to help our son get out of jail. He then met with my son the nex...t day and gave him a game plan for dealing with his situation. He kept our son informed and communicated regularly with the appropriate people involved in the case. It took awhile, but the case was sensitive and required patience.
