I am shouting to the world, Ryan Swartz is the lawyer of choice! My son was speeding and was involved in a car accident. I think most lawyers would have advised me to call them next week after the holiday when they were back in the office. So just before the arraignment, Ryan left the firm he was working at. This meant that the large firm received all but a small portion of the retainer fees paid. However, Ryan assured me he was committed to see the case through to the end. He worked diligently on my son’s behalf and it shows. Ryan negotiated and he was able to GET THE DUI CHARGE DROPPED! This along speaks volumes! I heard that this rarely if ever happens. Through his negotiations my son took a plea to wreckless driving and possession with 1 year probation, random alcohol and drug testing with contingency to expunge the procession after 1 year. Ryan will do all possible for the best outcome. He has a wealth of knowledge, a large network and resources that add a lot of value as he was a former prosecutor.
