Robyn Peterson

Robyn’s practice focuses on employment litigation. She represents clients in multiple areas, including employment discrimination and retaliation claims, wage and hour disputes, leave law, employment policies and procedures, and employment contracts.

Robyn received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law. At Emory, Robyn was the Social Chair of the Black Law Student Association (BLSA), a member of the BLSA Mock Trial Team, and she participated in the Emory Law Kessler-Edison Program for Trial Techniques. She gained additional legal experience working as an intern for The Law Office of the DeKalb County Public Defender and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia, Drugs Division. Robyn was a summer associate with York Bowman Law, LLC before joining the firm as an associate.
