Rajeshri Shah Patel

Rajeshri (Raju) Shah Patel is an associate attorney at Weinstock Immigration Lawyers. Raju moved to Atlanta in 2003 and has been practicing immigration law exclusively for almost 10 years.   She specializes in family and employment-based immigration.  She has represented families and businesses all over the country and throughout the world.  Raju also has expertise in Eb-1, EB-2 National Interest Waivers, and PERM labor certifications, and has successfully represented numerous universities, hospitals, researchers, and other professionals in their applications for immigrant visas. 

Prior to working in immigration, Raju worked for the chief counsel’s office at the Savannah River Site, U.S. Department of Energy. 

Raju is admitted to practice law in both Georgia and North Carolina. Raju is also admitted to practice in the 11th circuit and in Federal Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
