Leonid Michael Felgin

I have been an attorney since 2006 and have represented private parties and governments in a diverse area of the law, including zoning/land use, property disputes, wills, licensing, public works contracting, telecommunications, constitutional and civil rights law, local government law and contract drafting and negotiating.  I have successfully defended my clients in Superior and State Courts in Georgia, as well as the Federal District Court, Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
