Alexander Joseph Bartko

Alex Bartko founded AB Law after an 11-year tenure as a litigation partner at a leading Atlanta firm and two-and-a-half years as lead in-house litigation counsel for a major corporation. Known for a practical, results-focused style, he handles a broad spectrum of disputes—from early settlement efforts through trial and appeal—and provides seasoned legal advice to businesses seeking to limit exposure and resolve complex matters. A native of Atlanta, he attended The Westminster Schools, earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Georgia, and graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law, where he was named to the Order of Barristers, competed in Moot Court, and earned awards for coursework. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children and spends free time watching the Georgia Bulldogs, reading, playing golf, and coaching youth soccer.
