Mr. Rigdon is a true blessing. He stays in touch and is always available to answer all of our questions. If there was ever a time that he couldn’t answer, he always made sure to call back. My case was long I had multiple co defendants telling on me and David still ended up getting me my sweet deal of just three years probation in the toughest county in GA before I even paid him he looked into my case and started working got me everything I needed he was understanding and let me get on... his nerves even sometimes on Sundays and that’s his day off I sent him 5k and he had everything squared away with me and kept it as real with me as he could he didn’t lie or hold his tounge he was very real with me on everything he said I would definitely recommend him for any incoming cases you may have it’s not all about the money with him he’s really a understanding person I’m glad I hired him and he continued to fight for me even with all the evidence pointed towards me he still stood 10 toes behind me and got me out of one of the roughest situations of my life I stood infront of the judge 6 time and everytime it worked out in my favor thank you David I will be looking forward to getting you for any upcoming problems you will always be referred to anyone I know peace and blessings

Life seems to be throwing extra punches these days. Everything that should be easy is impossibly challenging. I live in California and recently had to help a family member that lives In Georgia whom ended up in some serious trouble. Thanks to one insanely manipulative, vindictive and all aroun...d horrifically scary female. Once in Jail he ended up with a public defender. We had a horrible experience with their office trying to get any information on how to submit helpful documentation to help this case. They refused help and were extremely unprofessional, left us baffled. Little did they know the person they were speaking with was his uncle who is a Judge . He was so infuriated with them and is considering reporting them to the Georgia bar association. Desperate for help I started calling law offices. Spoke with a few different lawyers but how do you pick someone from the sea of lawyers. Hawkins Spizman Fortas is one of the firms that came up in my search I called and explained the situation . Got a call from David shortly after. He offered to go to the dentition center the next day and he did. At this point the family member had already been detained for over 30 days. The firm was extremely accommodating in working out a payment plan. David got to work on the case right away, helped us get paper work signed and notarize in order for me to deal with things on the outside. He was able to negotiate a deal with the prosecutors office quickly and had the case resolved in no time. Meanwhile we found out the only thing the public defender had done is set up a bail hearing which was pointless since even if we paid bail there was a probation hold on him . Which meant he would still be detained until picked up by us marshals. We took the plea deal and were done with that portion of the nightmare. I called David every day for a month! He always picked up the phone and if he couldn’t he let me know and got back to me right away and did. Moral of the story a compassionate lawyer that is dedicated to his clients and on top of his game makes all the difference in the world ! David is that guy! Naz
