Great teammate

Chuck has worked on 3 transaction with me in the past 11 years. We are getting ready to do another and there is no one else I would rather have on my side. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough. He's always there for me when I have questions.

Great Service

Chuck was fantastic at working with former business partner's lawyer to resolve some unexpected issues. He kept me updated on everything that was happening and any chages. I have worked with Chuck a couple different times on different projects I wouldn't use any one else.

Representation for a business transaction

In the past 18 months I have been involved in two business related buy-sell transactions with Chuck Pollack and his law firm. Both deals were closed and completed with Chuck as the lead attorney. His experience in business law was cructial to the completion of our first deal. The transaction invol...ved a car dealership and he proved to have great knowlege of franchise law and showed much needed experience in working with a large manufacturer. I would highly recommend Chuck Pollack.

chuck is without a doubt the most responsive atty i have ever dealt with. i never worry that my file is sitting on the c orner of his desk rotting as i have with other atty's . more importantly he is just as responsive to my wife and employees. every billing i have recieved from Chuck has been fair ...and i always feel like a have got my money's worth. this is unusual, , i always feel ripped off when i get my other atty's bills.. i use him for all my real estate contract needs. business contracts needs. bond information. collection advise.
