I personally would give Charles fountain the highest review even though he lost my case several years ago. I am a man who was falsely accused by a lady who had four kids by four different dads I love this woman and yet she still slandered my name. in the beginning Charles had me take a $500 polygraph... which I passed and made him feel better about my case because my case was very sensitive. the prosecution and the judge who were both on godly knew that my case was a farce but they sent me down the river anyway. the district attorney postpone the case for two years because his witness was doing some things that might have cost him the case. all this ungodly Mans concern was to win his case whether or not I was guilty or not. that would bolster his 100% conviction rate. he had a 100% conviction rate not because he was a phenomenal lawyer but because some people who already have a strike he would convince them to plea bargain or else face much stiffer penalties some of those people were innocent but any rate he got them to plead guilty and make himself look good. the judge presiding over my case was a genius and part of the Mensa. I was a childhood genius I tested on genius level iDummy down on the test and still passed as a genius. now I am still using my genius to reinvent myself because of my smeared and stigmatized name. I am going to use my genius to clear my name after almost two decades of being stigmatized. I later retain the services of the white Thomas a high-profile attorney who used to work with Johnny Cochran and got the cat CEO Vernon Jones off scot-free when he was accused of a rape case I just happen to know some inside information which I will not share with the public. Dwight Thomas one my habeas appeal but a black man of color who was over the state attorney general's office had my favorable ruling reinstated one year after I received the favorable ruling that Dwight Thomas worked hard to get. you cannot always believe what is on paper because a lot of things go on under the things that the American public does not know about. Charles did an outstanding job he has known me all my life he used to do probate work with my mom who worked at Grady representing patients who had very little money but they needed a wheel these were terminal patients sickle cell patients cancer patients HIV patients all of whom were dying. I trust to Charles he really did a good job but he was outgunned by some ungodly people in the district attorney's office that is why I wanted to call Reverend Joseph E Lowery as a character witness on my behalf. I have known reference library a renowned civil rights leader who has reach all the way to the White House and can still pick up the phone and call Michelle Obama Barrak Obama Tyler Perry and Oprah Winfrey. this man has no me and my family all my life I have cooked for him as a child and as an adult he knows my character he still believes in my innocence he still invites me to his home for prayer. Charles did not want to call him because we were treading on a thin line with these ungodly people the judge and the district attorney's office. in fact I was not even supposed to have a bond but a municipal court judge granted me a bond because he knew my case was a farce and bogus right from the preliminary phases. but to make a long story short Charles did not call Joseph E Lowery because he did not want to appear to be grandstanding the judge and the DA was already busting his balls at every turn. Charles did not play golf with the district attorney nor did his kids go to private school with the District Attorney these kinds of things make a difference Dwight Thomas did that is why he was able to do what he did and got my habeas appeal ruled favorably. state attorney general Thurber Baker had my case my favorable ruling overturned and reinstated just a coupl but he was outgunned by men who had political aspirations who didn't give a crap one way or another if an innocent man had to go down.
