I went to Chris after receiving a foreclosure notice on my home. He stopped the foreclosure and set up a payment plan to catch up the months I was behind. I would recommend Chris, but his paralegal team not so much!!! I was told in September 2010 by a paralegal that I had 6 months left on my Chapter 13 Case. When I called back in February to check the status of my Chapter 13 Case I was told again by the same paralegal that I had a few months. I was als...o told that I if I were to pay extra my case would be paid off even faster. I called and left 6 messages with the same paralegal over the course of 5 weeks beginning the first of April to ensure everything was still a go - I had note received any of the information from the Trustee as promised so I was suspicious. Finally, I called Chris personally and he had an attorney contact me with the news that my Chapter 13 Case had 14 months left as opposed to 1-2 as I had thought! At least the paraglegal could have called me personally and apologized for the Mistake? Not a chance, an attorney called me and offered apologies for the misinformation. There is really no excuse for such disrepect in my opionion. I would highly recommend Chris, but I have serious doubts about those working under him.
