Consulted with Mr. Perry about securities fraud issue. After explaining the key elements of the securities fraud, Mr Perry asked how much I invested and date of investment. Once I told him the amount (mid 5 figures), he responded that it wasn't worth his time and that HE couldn't make 'enough' money ...on the case (his words). I was a bit shocked at this response, that in my opinion is selfish and greedy, so I then asked if he could recommend another lawyer to assist me, since he was unwilling. He said, "no"...that's all, just no - not an attempt to possibly come up with something. I thanked him for his few minutes of time; he them began to give his 'reasons' to justify his unwillingness to assist me in any way. Seems that there is a dollar amount that draws the line between helping the public, and to right a wrong, and blatant greed...and it must be a high 5 figure $ minimum...and that's just for the attorney fees.
