Do not use this man
This man will waste your time and will take your money. Fishman will entertain you with stories of his time with the IRS and then will ask you for a large retainer, he will stall and do nothing so that he can collect more money from you. He did nothing for 6 months and had to hire another attorney wh...

horrible !!!!!!! stay away from him
but difficult to work with, not a good listener, aged, will continuously bill you for work not done and only cares about money and has swindled me out of money , his partner has left off with my money and nothing I paid for was done with in a whole year, talk too much !!!!!!!!! charming but waste ...

He got the IRS off my back - Fast!
I was being investigated by the IRS criminally and he eliminated the IRS problems quickly, then a few years later they came after me in a civil case and we took them to tax court and things got resolved without paying their ridiculous made up amount they said I owed. Don't listen to anyone else this ...
