Robert W. Scholz

My practice focus is business and real estate transactions and finance. I regularly advise and represent financial institutions, business owners, property owners and real estate investors, professional practices and individuals about such concerns.

I represent small businesses and professionals in many different industries with a range of concerns, including start-ups, buying and selling a business or major assets, employee matters and relationships with suppliers, customers and others. My representation of financial institutions includes commercial and residential closings, workouts and creditor rights in bankruptcy. When disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, I  assist in litigation involving these areas. My real estate practice includes commercial and residential closings, and advice regarding title and financial aspects of acquisition, financing and leasing of land, apartments, industrial, retail centers and office buildings and homes.

I am married with 4 children. I was born in Fairfield, Connecticut and have lived in Georgia since 1976.
