Biography
I practice exclusively in the area of adoption law and have more than 28 years experience assisting clients in their adoption process. I provide experienced, compassionate and highly personalized legal service for clients in a wide range of adoption matters. Since I handled my first adoption case in 1988, I have assisted in more than 3,000 adoptions. In addition to my law practice, I founded Adoption Planning, Inc., a Georgia licensed chiild-placing agency, in 1990 and served as Executive Director from 1990 to 2014. I also have a graduate degree in counseling. This training, in addition to my experience as an adoptive parent, enables me to provide legal services with compassion and the highest standards. I have a strong commitment to ethics and practicing with integrity and ensure that I am available at all times to my clients.

Great Counselor and Advocate!
Ms. Fishbein has been doing adoption law for years and years, and it shows. She walked my wife and I through the entire adoption process - she gave us so much helpful insight and made an uncertain process very clear and straightforward. I couldn't recommend her more strongly.

Hired Rhonda for adult adoption and very pleased
