My practice focuses primarily on estate planning, estate administration, adult guardianship, and probate law. This includes advice on the use of wills, revocable living trusts, gifting trusts, lifetime gifting programs, and other tools and techniques designed to limit exposure to estate tax and estate litigation. I also counsel clients with regard to Probate Law matters and IRS controversies. Lastly, I represent family businesses and their owners concerning various aspects of the business.
