As a former Probate Court Judge, former Probate Court staff attorney and former chief clerk I'm familiar with the judicial process from start to finish. I have a unique understanding of the intricacies of probate and guardianship processes as I've spent my entire career concentrating on probate law and working with the probate courts.

I have expertise helping families filing to open an estate administration, dividing property and inheritances, and closing the estate.

I am experienced in advising trustees, executors and other fiduciaries on how to administer trusts, estates, and guardianships properly and efficiently. I also help beneficiaries when trusts and estates are not being administered properly.

A large part of my practice focuses on helping individuals create estate plans, including advising clients on the use of wills, trusts and family partnerships that avoid unnecessary expense and conflict after death.

My law firm also advises clients on the many aspects of business planning. This includes representation of businesses and their owners, including various aspects of business, such as structural matters, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and other tax planning.
