Biography
Ms. Liberman has an active Georgia civil appellate practice. She represents businesses and individuals on a variety of real estate, HOA, estate and contract-related matters on appeal to the Georgia Court of Appeals, including, for example, disputes over HOA governing documents, purchase and sale contracts, leases, guaranties, promissory notes, trusts, and other real estate and estate-planning arrangements and investment vehicles, as well as claims involving construction defects and homeowner disputes. She also serves as embedded appellate counsel to trial attorneys and offers collabortive second-chair litigation services in select cases. Ms. Liberman routinely counsels clients in litigation avoidance, but when litigation is inevitable, she provides a tough, ethical and balanced approach to advocacy.
