In my experience, this attorney is arrogant, dismissive, and shockingly incompetent. My interactions were absolutely infuriating. When I asked detailed, critical questions about my legal matter, I found his responses flippant, agitated, and disrespectful. He promises unlimited follow-up until you ...either sign the Franchise Agreement or decide not to move forward, yet in my experience, every response was vague, unsubstantial, and unhelpful. I personally felt that his guidance created real risk and unnecessary stress. I retained him to protect my legal and financial interests, but I was left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and unassisted. In my view, his arrogance and lack of competence are astounding. Do yourself a favor: avoid this attorney at all costs and hire someone who, in my experience, actually delivers reliable, competent legal advice.

Did a decent job with the initial Franchise contract agreement review I hired him for last year - he seems very agitated at all times though - and guaranteed I could follow up anytime throughout the course of the relationship but had a feeling wasn’t too sincere…Followed up 5 months ago with issues a...nd was pretty dismissive but atleast referred someone to help the. So let it go…now a year later and I called to get more guidance and a new referral as business issues arise and I can’t finish the request with out an interruption from Joe stating “he doesn’t mean to seem heartless but I don’t care”… and to be clear the business being fraudulent that he reviewed how leading to issues on custody - a simple 10 min conversation and here’s what I think is all I asked…but he’s too busy cause he got paid already. But he’s definitely good enough for atleast the first use…but be ware if u need further assistance. TLDR: If you got money he’ll take that case. But after that first call you’re on your own l. But he doesn’t mean to sound heartless - it’s just business
