RESULTS!

We retained Jeff to assist in collecting fees from a client that refused to pay. After unsuccessfully attempting to resolve without litigation, we proceeded with arbitration. Jeff was an excellent advocate for us. He was pragmatic, i.e., not fighting just to fight, but aggressive when he needed to... be. At the final hearing he was fully prepared, presented our case very well and effectively cross-examined the opposing witnesses, showing the significant weaknesses of their positions. As a result of his efforts, we received a substantial award including what we were owed, attorneys fees, plus the cost of arbitration. An OUTSTANDING RESULT!! Thank you Jeff!

Absolutely focused on the client

Jeff is absolutely amazing! We went through a life changing event due to a slip and fall and Jeff really came through for our family. He was responsive, supportive and realistic about our case. Our case was extremely difficult and Jeff used his vast experience to produce a result that we were extreme...ly pleased with. This man WILL NOT settle for less. He fights for results!!!!

Best Attorney in Town

Jeff, represented me in a unique premises liability case. In which, I was injured at a recreational business establishment. He made sure that I was taken care of in every possible way, always made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire legal process, which I was previously unfamiliar ...with, and was incredibly responsive throughout his representation of me. I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of Jeff's representation, especially the result, and would highly recommend him to anyone who was injured by the negligence of others.

One of the best lawyers in Atlanta

Mr. Grimm’s integrity as a lawyer is very impressive. He has changed my outlook on how a lawyer treat clients. His honesty, tenacity and hard work in dealing with my case has truly impressed me. He has gone to bat for me when he received my case one month before a deadline was due that I didn’t know... about. From that moment on he has fought for me, especially after I received two surgeries from a fall. I would recommend this lawyer to anybody who is going through anything for any reason. I appreciate who he is as a person and as a lawyer.
