We specialize in real estate closings and litigation. We have experience representing individuals and small businesses in state and federal litigation. We have experience in general business litigation and contract disputes. We have a wide range of experience in the legal needs a small business or individual may need, including contract and agreement drafting, litigation and transactional issues.

I am a native of North Georgia and have been admitted to practice in the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. My practice focuses on real estate closings, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, commercial contract disputes, collections, and real property foreclosures. I am an active member of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia and the Sandy Springs Bar Association. I have also participated in the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation’s Saturday Lawyer Program representing low income families with their legal needs in landlord-tenant disputes. My wife and I are active participants in the Sandy Springs community and enjoy volunteering and attending the many civic activities avaialable in Sandy Springs.
