Henry Grady Thrasher IV

Grady Thrasher represents investors, entrepreneurs and publicly and privately held companies in connection with a angel, venture and private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, federal and state securities compliance, SEC and FINRA regulation, PIPE transactions, convertible debt financing, corporate governance matters, employee and executive compensation issues, and licensing and distribution issues.

Grady is a recognized leader in traditional and alternative corporate finance, including crowdfunding and equity and debt funding under Title II and Title III of the JOBS Act, Reg A Plus and quasi-public funding via Intrastate Exemption. He is co-founder of the Georgia Crowdfunding Association.

An Atlanta native, Grady is a 1995 graduate of Mercer University School of Law and a 1992 graduate of the University of Georgia.
