Biography
For over fifteen years, I have developed a commercial litigation practice with an emphasis on creditors’ rights and construction and real estate litigation. I help clients resolve issues with business customers ranging from simple account collections to more complex contract disputes and suits to enforce lien or bond rights in connection with construction projects. I also assist clients with pre-litigation strategies as well as actions in the state, federal and bankruptcy courts of Georgia.
