About Brendan
Biography
Brendan Flanagan founded Flanagan Law, P.C. to give seriously injured Georgians a lawyer who is ready to go to trial. He represents people hurt in wrecks and families who have lost someone, and he treats each client as a person rather than a file number.
Flanagan Law handles serious personal injury and wrongful death cases across Georgia. Brendan takes trucking crashes, car and rideshare wrecks, delivery-truck collisions, motorcycle and bus wrecks, premises liability claims, burn and electrocution injuries, brain injuries, and other catastrophic cases. He prepares every case as if a jury will decide it, which is what pushes insurance companies to pay fair value.
Since founding the firm in 2015, Brendan and his team have recovered more than $140 million for injured clients. Brendan served on the trial team that won a $99.9 million wrongful death verdict against a trucking company in Fulton County. Super Lawyers has selected him to Rising Stars each year from 2020 through 2026.
Brendan studied at Florida State University and earned his law degree at Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. He has represented injured people his entire career. He lives in Buckhead with his family.
