Brendan Flanagan was very effective in helping us get our son the settlement he needed and deserved. Our son pulled off the highway and up to the left lane, along side another truck waiting in the right lane, for the red light to turn green. Upon turning green they both entered the intersection to ...turn left and were t-boned by a woman coming from the left who ran the red light. She was issued a ticket. our son received a laceration on his head which required stitches, totaled the vehicle, had serious neck sprain as well as hand and other cuts and bruises. The woman's ticket was dropped when she went to court (with an attorney from the insurance company) because they told the prosecutor she had a "witness" traveling from the opposite direction who said the womans light had to be green because hers was. Our insurance said they wouldn't pay! After much diligence and research Mr. Flanagan was able to discredit the witness and get the insurance company and the woman who hit our son to admit that she was at fault and a settlement was paid to our son. We are so grateful to him and his team for taking our case and uncovering the truth which vindicated out son and provided him the settlement he deserved!
