The Team You Want in Your Corner!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Bailey and the entire Wine Family. Custody cases can be incredibly draining, both physically and emotionally. When you're dealing with something involving your child, it's not "just a case" to you - it's your life. Having an attorney who understands t...hat makes all the difference, and that's exactly what I felt like I had with Bailey. From the beginning, she was professional, calm, passionate, detailed, and amazing with communication. She kept me informed every step of the way. She listened to what I wanted and made me feel heard, but she also gave me her professional opinion when she believed there was a better way to approach something. I never felt like she was just telling me what I wanted to hear. I trusted her judgment, and I truly felt like we were a team. And listen... I ask A LOT of questions lol. Bailey never made me feel like I was bothering her. She patiently answered my questions, explained things when I didn't understand them, and even took the time to explain the strategy behind what she was doing. That meant so much to me because I never felt like I was just sitting on the sidelines wondering what was happening with my own case. Then came court - and Bailey KILLED IT. Watching her in that courtroom was probably the moment I realized just how much preparation had been happening behind the scenes. She was calm, confident, prepared, knew the details of my case, and advocated for me in a way that made me feel like I could finally exhale and let my attorney do what I hired her to do. I was actually referred to the Wine Family after seeing what they were able to do for someone else. I saw their results before I ever became a client, which is why I chose them. Now, after going through my own experience with Bailey, I understand why they came so highly recommended. Hopefully this chapter of custody battles is closed and I never need family law representation again lol. But if life ever puts me in a position where I do, I wouldn't have to think twice about who I would call. Bailey, thank you for listening to me, answering my million questions, keeping me grounded and informed, and fighting for what mattered most to me. And a huge thank you to Ashley, Brook, and Kevin as well. Every interaction I had with the Wine Family made me feel supported and taken care of. You all played a part in making an incredibly stressful season of my life feel a little less overwhelming, and I'll always be grateful for that. I truly couldn't have asked for a better team.

Very Satisfied Client

Baylee, helped me navigate a very complicated family matter with the utmost professionalism. She was very understanding, and sensitive to the complicated nature of the case. She was also very proactive; making sure we stayed ahead of things that were most certainly headed our way. I am very pleas...ed with the outcome and would most definitely refer here to a friend or relative.

Honest, Hardworking, and amazing.

To say Baylee and her team went above and beyond would be an understatement. She truly made me feel heard, and was always honest with her advice. When she said she would get something done, it was completed right away. Having to hire a lawyer is not something anyone wants to have to do, but Baylee wa...s wonderful to work with. I can not recommend her and her team enough.
