Sandra M. Fuller aka Sandra Clarke (State Bar No. 128758) Sandra Marie Fuller is an absolute disgrace as an attorney. It's highly questionable why she was allowed to have her law license reinstated to practice law anywhere but to be clear about her disciplinary record, she was disbarred for being c...onvicted of 9 felony counts of theft by taking with the Gwinett County Superior Court in the state of Georgia. This unreformed convicted felon is still a thief. Her m.o. is to bait you in as a client, then flip the script on you, leaving you high and dry after lying about what she will do for you as your retained counselor. If you ever decide to just speak with her and perhaps question her disciplinary history, please know that during her10 years of being unable to practice law in Georgia, Sandra made an attempt to have her felony convictions overturned only to be unsuccessful- see Georgia A12A0924. CLARKE v. THE STATE. You would think that after such turmoil, Sandra would change her life. Not so. The disgraceful officer of the Court preys on those who are with little financial means. If you have precious time and money to waste, hire this trifling excuse of an attorney.

This attorney was disbarred in 2011 and was allowed to practice again after she pled guilty to 9 felony counts of theft by conversion. Fuller was sentenced under the First Offender's Act and later disbarred. After serving community service she was readmitted to practice law again, approximately two ...years ago. Since this time she has continued to MISUSE her services and has been accused of professional negligence by MANY OF her past clients, including myself. I spoke to her at length (consultation) seeking her professional services. She made her sales pitch about how she would represent me professionally and suggested strategies. I paid her suggested retainer fee the next day. A week after taking my retainer fee, she wrote a letter to the court stating she would be taking a leave of absence from August through December 2023 for personal and professional reasons. She failed to communicate this information to me, her client of only one week! Had she mentioned her approaching leave of absence, I would have taken my hard-earned money elsewhere. Due to her negligence, I have had to retain another attorney and am out thousands of dollars! Notwithstanding my case sat dormant in the DeKalb County Clerk of Court's Office for months! She and her staff would lie to me when I called saying she was in court, she had been tied up with many cases, and was unable to return my calls. Same lie; week after week! I was told that I would be placed on Fuller's calendar for a callback soon. This cat-and-mouse game went on for months. Finally, after 4 months of very little to no case status updates, nor callbacks for weeks and months at a time, I terminated our client-atty relationship. Only to have discovered recently via my new attorney that all along she failed to communicate she would be on PERSONAL LEAVE throughout an extended period. Do yourself and your wallet a favor - - Please run, as FAST as you can, STEER CLEAR from this wolf in attorney's clothing! She is self-seeking and a rip-off! I am using these terms very generously! This has been a very emotional time in my life, and Fuller added undue emotional and financial stress on top of my already stressful divorce. Very disheartening, and criminal if you ask me. I am very well-pleased with the new attorney representing me now. RUN! RUN! RUN! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SANDRA FULLER!
