Christopher David Mccartney Lambden

Christopher “Christy” Lambden is a dedicated trial attorney who brings strategic insight, tenacity, and a client-focused approach to complex personal injury, catastrophic claims, wrongful death, and civil litigation. A native of Somerset, England, Christy was inspired to pursue a career in advocacy after moving to the United States for his undergraduate studies, resolving to fight for individuals who could not fight for themselves. At Bayuk Pratt, Christy crafts tailored legal strategies for accident victims whose lives have been upended by negligence. He focuses his practice on severe motor vehicle crashes, catastrophic traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, premises liability, and complex multi-plaintiff and class-action lawsuits.

Christy earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law (2019) following a distinguished undergraduate career as a Morehead-Cain Scholar at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2014). His legal acumen and influence in the legal community earned him selection to The National Trial Lawyers "Top 40 Under 40". In addition to his litigation work, Christy is deeply committed to legal education and mentorship, serving as an adjunct professor and mock trial coach at Emory Law School, a national faculty member for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), and the lead mock trial coach at North Atlanta High School. He maintains active professional affiliations with the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Stonewall Bar Association.
