Robin Peek Lourie

Robin represents people injured in auto accidents for claims against the at-fault drivers, and for claims against the injured party's own insurance company under the uninsured and underinsured coverages. Robin represented insurance companies and at-fault parties for more than 10 years and has a special understanding of how the defense attorneys and insurance companies evaluate claims and work up a case.

Robin represents individuals injured by defective products, including medical devices and drugs. She has been actively involved in multi district litigation for a number of years. She previously was on the defense side, representing manufacturers of products, and this experience gives her unique insight into the litigation as a whole.
