I am a veteran accident and injury trial lawyer. I handle each case personally to seek justice for my clients with compassion and legal expertise developed over the past 30+ years. i will bring that same compassion and enthusiasm to your case.
Early in my career I represented large insurance companies in defense of accident and injury claims. Eventually I realized there was very little satisfaction in handling cases for impersonal corporations. I left the firm to venture out on my own to represent normal every day folks. I immediately came to realize that it was much more fulfilling to represent the little guy against the "Goliath" corporation. I have never looked back and continue to now only represent people against insurance companies.
But while working for the big companies I learned the tricks of the trade as to how they do things. That gives me a major tactical advantage that I leverage for my clients. The measure of my success is your satisfaction in having the finest legal representation available.

“This should not be a concern because it resulted from what was in essence a technical error in regard to office procedures. When it was discovered, I immediately asked the Bar voluntarily to take appropriate steps. We have since implemented policies to ensure that it will not happen again.”
