For most of my 50+ years, when attorneys were mentioned in conversation, I would reply with a long list of unflattering comments. But that was before I met Tom Clements. Tom has represented me for 6+ years in a miserable workers comp case against an employer that has seemingly been determined to make... my life as miserable as possible. I was catastrophically injured while working. For the first 16 years, and after interviewing with many attorneys, I had given up hope of ever being represented.
