I hired Attorney Nyjah Johnson to have my case dismissed. There was a defective summons and there was no probable cause. I requested that we file a motion to dismiss. We were given 10-days to file our motions by the Court. Nyjah told me she will not enter the motion. She was prejudicing my right to h...ave a motion before the Judge. Then without consulting me she took a leave of absence during my court hearing date. I asked the Attorney to remit payment for services non-rendered, lack of communication, and innefective assistance of Counsel.
