Lenise Rochelle Williams

Lenise Williams is an advocate for entrepreneurship. Not only is she an advocate, she is also an Intellectual Property Attorney and Business Strategist. She works with existing businesses to develop more profitable brands and assure that a brand’s intellectual property (trademark, copyright) is protected. Although she has an extensive list of training and degrees, her expertise is also from personal experiences as a serial entrepreneur owning and operating multiple businesses for nearly 15 years.

In order to fulfill her goal to encourage entrepreneurship and women in leadership positions, Lenise travels hosting seminars and public speaking. Lenise has spoken to small groups of college students to gracing international stages such as the United Nations 2016 Conference in Marrakech, Morocco and Hive Global Leaders Program in Africa. In addition Lenise has worked with large companies such as Home Depot and Zaxby’s Chicken franchise to companies with only member. She is also the founder of Girl Biz Academy, an organization designed to teach female middle school- college age students entrepreneurial and leadership skills. Additionally she volunteers with The Launch Pad, a transition program for women overcoming homelessness. Lenise provides monthly business and leadership coaching to the ladies in the program.

Lenise is the author of the books “31 Day Guide to Building a Personal Brand”, “She Conquered” and “Business, Babies, Balance: Real Stories of Mompreneurs”. Lenise uses her platform and her books as a means to help others find the freedom she has found through entrepreneurship.
