Justin Samuel Daniels

I was referred to Mr. Daniels for a contract issue. He resurrected a canned contract that largely missed the issues of my project. After 4500 dollars I had to disgard it at the advice of someone in the field, who provided case law to support why the contract he crafted was inappropriate. The matt...er of law was outside of Mr.Daniel's expertise. Rather than refer to me to a colleague, he was more than eager to collect his legal fees, and then refer me out. I would not reccomend his services . While his turnaround time was fine, the workproduct was not.
